Enviro Waste Services Throws down for Pro Import

By PDRC | NEWS | 28 Oct 2024 |

The Pro Drag Racing Championship has been turning heads since the announcement of the Pro Import category, slated to be part of Round One of the PDRC at Sydney Dragway on 15th & 16th November – and thanks to Enviro Waste Services there is an added bonus for racers and fans alike!

Pro Import and Pro Mod Competitor Eddy Hawach has put his money where his mouth is, putting up a winner-take-all $2,000 bounty at the exhibition race courtesy of Enviro Waste Services Group.

“I love what Jason and the PDRC team have put together with the Pro Import Class”, Hawach said today. “It’s all about six cylinder’s, rotors and 4 bangers going head-to-head to find out just who is quickest”.

“This isn’t just about running fast – as a driver you are going to have to bring your “A” Game because we will have the quickest and fastest import cars in the country, and in some cases the world, going head-to-head. This is going to be Mega!”

PDRC Owner Jason Hedges welcomed Enviro Waste Services Group to the PDRC Family, saying, “it’s so cool to see racers buying into what we are trying to build with the PDRC.” He continued “With Pro Import we are trying to give a platform to a group of racers who are professional in the way they go racing, but up until now haven’t had a home at “traditional” professional events.”

So far, the Enviro Waste Services Group Pro Import category has attracted interest from some of the biggest names in import racing including Pac Performance, Maatouks Racing, Gas Racing and CRD – with more sure to follow.

Enviro Waste Services Group Pro Import is slated to race at Round One of the PDRC at Sydney Dragway in November, at The Dragway at The Bend in SA in February and then back to Sydney Dragway in March for the final exhibition of the series.

Round one of the Series will also feature PDRC Championship Categories including Pro Alcohol, Pro Mod, Pro Stock and Pro Bike, as well as featuring the NSW Championship Series Grand Finals with some of the best sportsman racers in the country in action.
